Hello Need help on designing a new's carousel where in we have the 3 news headlines that keep moving in, and once the news item is in the middle of the carousel , the news item gets expanded.

News A.... | NewsB | News C
| XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX |

Similarly when News A or New C comes in the middle that particular new items needs to get expanded..

Please find the attached mockup as to how that needs to be, for a clear understanding!!!
