Options based restriction

Issue Summary

Hi,
Currently uc_restrict_qty modules set restriction on product sku based. I have to set restriction on options. It means, if a product have three options, so I can set restriction on each option separately, not on product. My scenario is each options have own sku, so restriction should be set on options sku.
