Fields for additional ingredients not added on preview

I think the intended behavior is to add additional spaces for ingredients if the list fills up on preview, so this is listed as a bug rather than a feature request. Going the feature request route, AJAX adding ingredients would be very cool ;-)

For now, anyone who is concerned that they've run out of space because they have too many ingredients, just save the recipe, edit it, and you'll have new blank form fields to add more ingredients.
