Some html-class for theming 'No activity yet.'

Hi,
it would be nice to have some html-classes for the default-text 'No activity yet.' in theme_heartbeat_list(). For example class="empty-stream".
In case of errors, there might be a special html-class usefull as well (same function theme_heartbeat_list()).
