Provide a recommended release for the project

Thanks for the great work on this module!

What would you think of setting the "recommended release" flag for one of the releases on the D.O. project? That will remove a step when someone runs: drush dl harvest. I think that it also simplifies drush make profile builds.

Not a big deal. Just a thought.
