2. Create the database table using the file creativecommons.mysql

Should this be removed?

Also, why does 7.x have a INSTALL.txt, but not 6.x?

Since I installed the module without the instructions, and checked the MySQL to see that the table had been created, I'll assume this step isn't necessary.
