We should start moving the existing documentation for Neologism from google-code to drupal.org.

mayankkandpal commentedAfter a discussion with Richard, we have decided not to duplicate the user guide which is already present on the main Neologism website, again on drupal.org.
What makes more sense is to have a Developers guide so that anyone willing to contribute to the D7 code finds it easy to get started with it. Along with the comments in the code, this would help one understand the source fast by giving an overview of how we went about with the development.
I would paste the Developers manual here and then we can host it at some better place.

klonos...well, it is common for all d.o projects to have a "Read documentation" link available in their "Resources" section in their front page. That link is normally in the form of
http://drupal.org/handbook/modules/[project_name], but I'm sure you can have it point anywhere you like. So, if you don't want duplication, how about having the project's documentation point to http://neologism.deri.ie/docs/ then? Even if documentation outside d.o is not allowed, you can still create a handbook page that provides a link to http://neologism.deri.ie/docs/ ;)
