Login Identity not maintained when moving between pages in Administration

Hi,
I'm hosted on Dreamhost and since they went through a system outage a week or so ago, I can no longer maintain my login account when moving between pages. When I login and click on Administration, I get an access denied message. I login again on that page and I get access to it, but if I click to take an action, I get Access Denied again.
Has anyone else experienced this? My gut feeling is they hosed something when they brought the systems down and back up after the power outage, but I'm not sure where to have them look.
Any ideas from anyone on what could be causing this. I've experienced the same thing using two different browsers on two different client OS platforms, so I'm sure it's server side (Linux/Firefox, windows XP/IE 7.0).
Any help would greatly be appreciated.
