When upgrading from Drupal 7.0 to 7.7 everything went smoothly but 24 hours later I get a completely blank white screen. After searching drupal.org to fix it, I was convinced that cache could be the main cause here because I wanted to clear the cache but the "cache" table in phpmyadmin has error it reads Incorrect information in file: 'filename' and hovering over the "Empty" tab to clear the cache says table seems to be empty.

Please help, what do I do?

Try repairing the table in phpmyadmin.

It didn't repair it unfortunately, there's actually more than one table with this error, Incorrect information in file: 'filename'. I have no backup to restore the database, I hope somebody can help me fix this.
