Multiple template files for export

Hi,
Is it possibe to use multiple template files for exporting? For example I would like to have multiple xml exports with different tags in the document. I use this module for exporting XML feed for product comparison websites. What is annoying, every one of them has different tag names.
Can anybody direct me? Thank you
