When an image is removed by clicking the remove button on a field, PC Chrome crashes. PC Firefox and mac Chrome do not properly remove the image, a UI-only error (see attached screenshot).

You mean your browser crashes? That's got to be a bug in the browser.. a web site should never be able to crash a browser.
Can you check from a different computer? (If by "PC" you mean "Windows", then I don't have that around to check your report).
