I accidently deleted the prebuilt rotor view and was wondering if there is an easy way to recreate it.

Views does not come with a rotor view. Perhaps some module you installed provided it?

Perhaps it was hanging around in the database from when I converted the site from 6.22. Is there a template for a rotor view for Drupal 7.7?

A rotor banner functionality that shows content for some seconds and keeps changing
Depends on: jQuery plugins (enabled), Views (missing), Upload elements (enabled)

The massage above appeared on my screen and has prevented rotor banner from being enable how do I get views in rotor active.

Rotor banner depends on views so you should install views
