Integrations with Totalfeeds

Textadlinks doesn't show up on my feed and I'm guessing that it has to do with using Totalfeeds which display full feeds on my Drupal site.

What would be a good way to allow Totalfeeds to run and have textlinkads? php integration? is there a tweak I can do so this will work?
