Add the GSA L attribute from the returned XML to the returned results array. Add the corresponding class google-appliance-levelx to the classes for the result template. Added a stub CSS entry for level1 indentation.

Patch looks great, except for a tab instead of spaces.. I fixed that and fixed a few more coding style changes in the css.
