Design issue: getting rid of 'choose the appropriate item from the list'@node/add message

In every drupal install I made I always end up to manually 'hack' the node module to get rid of the message that says 'choose the appropriate item from the list' in the create content page (node/add).
Why? Cause it doesn't have any tag that wraps it so there's no way to style it.
This patch simply delete it (do we really need a message that tell us to choose an item from a menu? It's like someone that warn us to move our feet to walk).
