I've created two content types: Events and Signup. They are linked by a reference node that way each signup will belong to an Event node. I'd like to be able to embed the Signup node within the body of the Event node. So for example, you'd have something like this:

New Event
Date
Time
Place

Description

Signup
~ First Name
~ Last Name
~Email

Maybe with a collapsed view of the form. The Signup module won't give me the flexibility I need to do this otherwise.

Node Embed

Off the top of my head I cannot tell how to make it collapsible/collapsed though.

InsertNode is simpler and good: http://drupal.org/project/InsertNode

Just tried Node Embed and it has some pretty funny behaviour.
