The Installation guide page and many associated pages have been hacked or altered. Altered link names pointing to altered doc pages.

Are you talking about the hair straightener pages in the side menu? Those don't look like they've been altered as much as added - none of them have a "revisions" tab. I guess someone's just making use of the "Create child page" link.

Just looking at the node IDs I'd guess they were created by the same bot/spammer in rapid succession. Skimming the sub-menus doesn't throw up any other obvious spam entries.

Changed priority to normal (spam is not consider critical). Also marked as fixed since list pages no longer exist and search for "hair straightener" produces no results.
