I can remove all default presets but not this one, because it's hardcoded in forms. If I form_alter and use my preset, it's still wasted resources on theming with wrong preset.

Can you elaborate a bit? It's hard to grasp what you mean by this.

The sort and manage forms use this preset to theme the image. It's not fully user-configurable - I can't use another preset, but can only modify existing one.
This has to be a variable or something..

At this point, I won't be adding new features to the D6 version. If features are wanted for D7, please post a new issue.
