Maybe this is a d.o change that I didn't hear about, but I am certain that I shouldn't have permission to edit original issue postings. I noticed a commenter on an issue had revised the original post and broken the context of the thread. Then I noticed that I, too, could edit the original by clicking the Edit tab at the top - granted I think revisioning was enabled and mandatory.

Is that supposed to be happening? If it is supposed to be happening, is that a good idea?
