Within the queue under Site Building->Internet Archive Queues->Upload Queue, there is a named Claimed/Expiration. I cannot find any information about the meaning of this column.

Thanks for the report, I agree it's not clear what that means. In general a lot of documentation needs written for this module -- so I took this opportunity to integrate the advanced help module. Once advanced help (http://drupal.org/project/advanced_help) is installed, inline help links should appear on the main configuration page. I also finished some documentation for the upload queue page referenced in this issue and added an inline help link to it as well.

The update should be available tomorrow after drupal rolls a new dev release.
