So, the title pretty much says it all. I've chased the initial image reference down to Mollom's servers, and they're giving me 404s. However, when I click "play audio CAPTCHA," the audio captcha loads fine, and switching back to image captcha yields an image. I suspect that this isn't a problem with the module so much as with Mollom's service, but I was hoping that somebody here might have some guidance...

This most likely means that you have (aggressive) page caching enabled. However, a page containing a Mollom CAPTCHA must not be cached, since each CAPTCHA is unique and can only be solved once. Once solved, a 404 is returned.
