Hi,
first, since using the Omega 3.x theme I was thinking about how to handle images in the responsive theme. Thanks a lot for your efforts, they are greatly apprechiated.
When testing the module with my desktop computer (1680x1050px) and my Android 2.2 smartphone (HTC Desire, 800x480px) I found no difference in the image being displayed on both computers. Always the large image was displayed. And there was no difference whether I held the smartphone in landscape or in portrait orientation.
Finally, I changed the width break point in the settings of the module and found out that the small image is displayed on the Desire when I increase the width break point to exactly 960px or higher. Until 959px the large image was displayed on the smartphone.
So, I have two questions:
1) Do you or does anyone have the answer why on this Android 2.2 device 960px seems to be the maximum physical screen size?
2) I don't own an iPhone. Have you or has anyone experienced what is the right width break point for an iPhone? Probably 480px?
Thanks for just helping me out of being puzzled ;-)
Christian.

anthonyR commentedI just visited the demonstration page of the module (http://svendecabooter.be/drupal-responsive-images) in an emulator with your phone settings and I got the small version of the image. The breakpoint is configured to the default at the demo page.
When I visit the demonstration page with an iPhone 4 I also get the small version.
Could you do a test on a static html page that implements the script and visit it with your phone to see what the results are?
