hello

after enabling Language switcher dropdown, if you still want to use the standard Language switcher block in other places, with language icons, they won't show for the standard block

you will notice that if you visit the page
/admin/settings/language/icons

it shows the standard block and lets you mark it save, but as soon as you reload the page, the standard block is unchecked again

it never shows the language icons in the standard block if you have lang_dropdown enabled.

please fix this...

and i'm not even trying to use the standard lanquage switcher block in other places.
