If a site has non-default structure, default breadcrumbs can be useless. In this case, it's better to disable built-in breadcrumbs processing to not waste resources.

This patch implements a setting stored in a variable (enabled by default). This has no UI because I'm lazy and I also think sites requiring custom breadcrumbs should have competent admins who can set this without UI anyway.

At this point, I won't be adding new features to the D6 version. If features are wanted for D7, please post a new issue.
