The topic says it all. I'm using the Video module, and I uploaded a .mov file just fine. .mp4 files never finish. I've tried it on multiple computers.

I know this is an old topic, but I have had this problem as well. It was not related to the file type, but rather the use of Amazon S3. If you are using Amazon S3 and you are uploading a file larger than around 400MB, it may fail on you. It did for me every time. I don't believe this to be a problem with 'Video' but rather the S3 connector.

Please try if version 6.x-4.6 beta 1 fixes this problem for you. In this version the Zencoder and S3 parts have been refactored and tested.
