If you would like to display a list of all your members but you have a lot of members to display, open the view "OG Members and take a note of the content pane. Note that it outputs the pane as a list? You can either change this pane or clone and rename it and change the output style. The most compact is a jump list. There is one thing that must be added however to make the jump list work (if you just choose jump list, your paths will not be correct). You must add user:uid to the field list and exclude it from display. Then check re-write the output and enter "user/[uid]" in the text field. Now choose jump menu as your output and choose the field "User:uid" as the path. You can also choose to hide the go button if you wish.
Now, when you are in the content add section of page manager as in the video, you can add the OG members content pane to your chosen region.
