positioning and on/off individually for various type of message-popups

In the moment Nicemessages supports an admin option for positioning of popus for all type of messages together and "How long should the message be visible", "Should new messages be prepended or appended to the list" and "Animation speed" individually for various type of messages.

I think it would be more flexible to move some of the general options to the individual options. I think I found already the peace of code to change and will give it a try next days. blazey let me know what you think or if you have any concerns.
