This 2.x branch is a full rewrite of the commerce_atos module. It uses the new ATOS SIPS API. No more need to use a binary file to get the module works.

- The beta2 is broken on new installs (See #1772384: Fatal error: Call to undefined function commerce_atos_display_means_validate()) and that's why the beta3 arrived that fast.
- You can now alter the pathfile within the hook_commerce_atos_request_alter().
- The configuration files generation was only working for the first settings form submission.
