Fatal error: Call to undefined function _content_multigroup_fieldgroup_form() in example/sites/all/mod

Hi, I installed the latest version of CCK 3 and I tried to create a multigroup. I got the following message every time I try to create a new node:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function _content_multigroup_fieldgroup_form() in example/sites/all/modules/cck/modules/content_multigroup/content_multigroup.module on line 182

Any help would be appreciated. I've updated my module using update.php and cleaned out my theme registry if that helps.
