I am using biblio.module 4.7.x-2.6 on a test site with drupal-4.7.6

Although I can export references in all three formats: tagged, xml and bibtex, I cannot seem to find a way to use any of the files with endnotes-8 or Pybliographic 1.2.9. Maybe I do not know how to do it right, since I do not personally use endnotes.

With both Endnotes and Pybliographic there seems to be no entries in the files, at least that is the message in Pybliographic and Endnotes is left blank with 0 references. However all three files do have the saved biblio.module references in them (checked that with texteditor).

I have tried the bibtex.bib file with Pybliographic, and both tagged and xml files with Endnotes.
Endnotes asks for an *.enl or *.lib file, but biblio.module produces an *.enw file. I have looked for import options but have found non.

I am missing a step?

Hi huizache,

I don't monitor this forum on a regular basis, so a better place for these questions would be here... http://drupal.org/node/add/project-issue/biblio/support

In answer to your question, in order to import a tagged file into EndNote, you have to add the "EndNote Import" filter. To do that, go to Edit->Import Filters->Open Filter Manager... and select the "EndNote Import" filter from the list. Then, once you either open or create a new library, you can go to the File->Import... menu and select "EndNote Import" and the file you want to import. By the way currently the XML file generated is for EndNote 7 so it may not work with EndNote 8.

Hope this helps,

Ron.
