Since I am not a co-maintainer, I seem not authorized to create a 7.x branch myself. So I attach a 7.x version of the theme as .zip file.

I've given you commit access wouter so feel free to commit the 7.x theme. I'm no longer working on the GBIF tools so hopefully you can use this successfully
