This module is important to users of CCK but is not categorized under "CCK" here on drupal.org. I remember looking for something like this before and I completely missed this project because of how I was searching.

This version of Add and Reference is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
