Bottom 1, bottom 2 and 3 are overlapping on home page

Bottom 1, 2 and 3 pages are scrolling up and overlap content on home page.
But it is fine on second page.
Also the left block is scrolling down as shown in attached image.
Kindly let me know what can be this issue and solution.
