easier adding to id-excludes

On every form with text-areas, fckeditor prints the id of the text-area below it.
It would be very cool, if we also got a link there to add this id to the list of excluded ids for fckeditor.

Removing from the list is possibly more difficult, especially if the match was maybe made with a wildcard.
That would probably bring us to a more advance config syntax where you can define exceptions to the excludes ...
