list link to Amazon Associate Tools node

an option to link from the biblio list directly to an amazon associate tools node (or other bookstore node) in place of the full biblio node. This of course might have to be a conditional link, depending on whether an amazon associate tools node exists for a given publication. This could be an option in addition to linking to a Google Scholar entry ... though I'd make the distinction that Google Scholar would be an external link where the amazon associate tools node could be an internal link.

That said, it would be spectacular to offer Biblio.com nodes and aLibris.com nodes in place of (or in addition to) the amazon associate tools nodes; but alas, I believe their affiliate programs are outsourced to third-party companies which could make mod development more difficult ... not to mention a Biblio.com associate tool module (or aLibris.com associate tool module) would be wandering a bit from the core responsibility of the Biblio mod.
