Release candidate for a new 6.x release.

Includes several new features and fixes, al of which are entirely backwards compatible and non-disruptive[1].

• Filter out unpublished posts in tag-fetching query.
• Blog-admin shows default titles, not the configured ones.
• Introduced a new block that shows tags from all volcabularies.
• Pagetitles of composite pages show all vocabulary-names.

[1] In other words: If you find something that used to work but now no longer does, that should be considered a bug and should at least be discussed before we can release.
