I have 6 hierachial vocabularies and 1 freetagging vocabulary. I have the 6 vocabularies under TSS and things worked great until I added the freetagging vocab. I don't want to have the freetagging under TSS. However, the box shows up right in the middle of the TSS box even though it has the heaviest weight. When it is put under TSS, it is listed at the last spot. I would assume that when it is not under TSS, it should be listed under the TSS box. Please advice.

This is not a TSS issue. Even without TSS the vocabulary shows up out of order.
