The Drupal 7.7 based release is available since July 29th, the node just was not published... That is due to #1098536: Releases block broken on project pages - doesn't show newly published security release. I published the node now but the project page is still broken. #1098536: Releases block broken on project pages - doesn't show newly published security release needs to be solved. Infrastructure problem. You can help out there!
