Clicking on question brings user to answer further down the page

I have drupal installed in a different directory called Drupal. When I click the question link (to go further down the page) the url for that link is:

http://mysite/drupal/drupal/faq#n11

I'm not sure I totally follow you. What's your directory tree structure? what is the url normally? what do expect the url to be?

I've an idea what you mean, so i'm going to test that out, but if you could provide a bit more clarity that would be great!
