Drop down menu in IE6 doesn't work [#125772]

First Thank you for porting this theme for Drupal 5. I am using it for a school website and flexibility in the theme is excellent.

Is anyone having trouble with the drop down menu in IE6? IE7 works fine.

I don't use IE. I am Firefox user but 60% of web users for our site are on IE6 so I need to have it work.

Same here. IE6 does not display dropdown menu items in the main horizontal nav (nav2), despite the multitude of ie6 comments.

I also put flash using embed object method in the header and footer sections of page.tpl but can't get them to be 'background' for either. Tried also flashmodule but php doesn't know how to deal with [flash|nid=29]. What am I missing? I can't put embed object in css, so...

it's kinda pointless using this theme if there isn't an update regarding IE6, even now half the world uses it and even if we don't like it, any webdesigner will throw it out the window. Is wolfgang that uninterested he didn't bother to check it?

Would be nice if someone could pitch some ideas towards solving this major issue. I've tried changing the code but i can't put my finger on why it doesn't work.
