Is there anyway to pull in the attached file in a view?

Trying to create a page view with comments - including the attached files.
Comments are currently dispersed over nodes - want one central location to house all the comments.

Trying to display the file that was uploaded/attached to the comment in a view.
Is this possible - trying to pull it into the view but can not. Anyone do something similar?
