I keep waffling about whether this is a release blocker. It depends on whether we have themer resources to work on it before release.

I'm going to tag this as "Commons release 2.0" for now, because I'd love to get it fixed. But I'm also going to consider it a candidate for pushing out of this release if we have no themer available to fix it.
