Which rows from which tables does the 'Remove Orphaned Rows from Database' act against?

If I remember correctly this option only is needed if in case of a NG2->NG3 upgrade some rows were left. If you started with NG3 there shouldn't be the need to use this option.

I think this feature is to be dropped within the next releases...
