toggle link / button

I think it would be useful if this module also added a 'toggle admin menu' link. Maybe attached to the corner of the screen. When the admin menu is visible, this would need to sit above or within the admin menu.

Just because I know it would avoid phone calls from a content moderators saying "hey, my admin links have disappeared, where are they?"
