Steps:
When i tried to access Contents -> Image/ Page/ Story i saw following message on the recent log, seems like it is looking for example_full.css on (http://localhost/drupal) location.

This version of TinyMCE is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
