Hi,
I have created the RTL CSS styles, and I want to know how to add them to be included in this contributed module?

When it was just me maintaining it, I generally didn't accept contributed styles into the module directly because I didn't want to be responsible for maintaining them. I made a page for them here: http://drupal.org/node/317274

However, there are now a couple of co-maintainers and they are more involved than me right now. If they are willing to maintain your styles, you may get a different answer from them.
