Issue Summary

When entering an incorrect default_value in the autocomplete widget then save the field setting form, the following error occurs :
Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in _entityreference_autocomplete_validate() (line 310 of entityreference/entityreference.module)

This patch should remove the warning.
