When I chose local settings in /admin/settings/creativecommons (I've tried with 'es' and 'de') to select language Creative Commons data from the API, then license names are displayed in the selected language in that options page, and also in the node field to select license. But the Creative Commons Node License block always displays the name of the chosen license (@license-name) in English.

I think it's more natural that the block displays license names in the language of locale settings.
