PIFR Tasks

Needs review / commit
- #1126112: Full tests of Drupal being done for some contrib patches (testbots manually updated, but code not committed to PIFR)
- #830838: Allow configurable "Advisory" reviews (needs testing, tasks at http://drupal.org/node/1241704#comment-4901916)
- #1227386: syntax_files() prepends the module directory twice for simpletest files (contrib patch tests only?) (no work ... validate through other testing, and mark fixed)
- #1228314: Syntax check being done on all files instead of just files changed by patch (no work ... verify and/or close)

Basic (no real PIFR/PIFT knowledge required)
- #1251560: Add an optional 'dependencies' field to the manual testbot tests form (tasks in issue comments)
- #1247134: Add a 'rebuild $test array' option in the tools section for a given branch (tasks in issue comments)
- #1236006: Add check in manual test form to confirm that Drupal core version matches module version (existing patch could be revisited and cleaned up before commit)
- #1233212: Redirect user to admin/pifr when initiating a test via the testbot manual test form (Basic redirection, but challenge to redirect and test in parallel)
- #1233210: Add javascript auto-refresh to admin/pifr "active review status" fieldset on testbots (Basic AHAH/AJAX refresh)
