Display bar chart for footprint by default

Description
The graph of the footprint look nice. However why not display either the bar chart or the pie chart by default?
Otherwise some hectic people might not even realise that graphs are available.

Was requested in 4.7. Default chart can be set as bar or pie or left blank (meaning no chart) in carbon settings.
